Shipping & Delivery Times

Order Monday–Friday by 12:30 PM, so that your order is shipped the same day.

Our standard delivery time is typically 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: free
• EU: 7,95 €

If your order is being shipped to a non-EU country outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be required to be paid by the customer. These fees are not paid to our store, but to the local customs or tax authorities in your region. We recommend checking these details with your local customs or tax office before placing your order.

Returns from Germany

A note from Vera: I cover the cost of shipping your order within Germany for you – and if you need an exchange, the reshipment of your exchanged item to you is also free. The cost of returning your item (the return shipment) to us is not covered, and will be paid by you. Thank you for your understanding! – Vera Meyer

Returns from Switzerland

To make shipping and customs clearance for your return as simple as possible, we partner with MeinEinkauf.chto process returns from Switzerland. Please send your return to the following address in Switzerland:

MeinEinkauf.ch will forward your return to our small store in Germany. A fee of 15 CHF (to cover return shipping to Germany and processing of your return) will be deducted from your refund.
